    very clean, tidy establishment. we were the last bunch to be seated before closing but no one rushed us out the door.. cinnamon buns are to die for -- food very tasty.. (but.. stay.. very.. very far away from the potato pancakes if you have ever tasted them made with a traditional recipe).. staff is friendly and obliging

  • Review of "Frigs' Natural Meats and More" at West Saint Paul

    I've been buying meat and eggs weekly at Frigs for close to two years and have nothing but great things to say about this place. In addition to high quality, antibiotic-free and growth hormone-free meats and farm eggs, they also sell a great selection of organic, local, and gluten-free goods. Many of their fresh sausages are gluten-, egg-, soy-, dairy- and nitrate-free. Their kubi dogs are amazing! Lately they've been stocking some 100% grass-fed beef, as well. The butchers are knowledgeable and friendly. The one time I returned something, it was no questions asked. I know a lot of people who go out of their way to buy from Frigs and hope this place is around for a long, long time!
